Our weekly outreaches are designed to meet the community's needs by providing a hot meal and childcare while sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to help others break free of addiction through the power of Jesus Christ. We aim to bridge the gap between the recovery community, the unchurched, and the local church.
Oftentimes, people will not attend a church due to preconceived notions or past hurts. We work to break down those barriers and introduce them to the body of Christ, who loves and supports them. We explain the necessity of the local church and encourage them to join a body of believers.
We meet every Friday evening from 5:30 pm-7:00 pm. Each evening begins with a free meal served from
5:30-6:00 pm in our fellowship hall.
The main meeting is from 6:00-7:00 pm. There will be a time of worship, hearing a speaker from
God's Word, and a time of fellowship.
Please see our Welcome Team if this will be your first visit to First Baptist Church of Mountain View. They will greet you with a cup of coffee and a smile and help guide you to our Freeway event areas.
