Jeremiah Nichols

Senior Pastor

Jeremiah has been at First Baptist Mountain View since January 2020.  After serving eleven years with Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru), Jeremiah followed God's call into pastoral ministry. He is married to Emily, and they have four remarkable children. Jeremiah graduated from Texas A&M University and has a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He loves watching his Dallas Cowboys, Texas A&M football team, and professional soccer. You can often find him with his family enjoying the incredible sights of the Ozarks out on the hiking trail or in a kayak.

Thomas Littleton

Youth and Family Pastor

Thomas is originally from a few hours away in Dyer, Tennessee. He began serving at  First Baptist Mountain View in August of 2023. As a pastor's kid, they moved to other parts of Tennessee, Iowa, and Louisiana.  He felt a strong call to ministry in high school and decided to attend Leavell College  on the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary campus.  In New Orleans, he met his wife Kaitlyn and served as a part-time Youth Pastor.  He is passionate about equipping  children, youth, and families with the tools to know and study God's word so they can know God and make Him known to others.

Jeanie Rohrer

Office Ministry Assistant

Jeanie has been attending First Baptist Mountain View for almost her entire life. In 2008, she began her part-time employment with FBC. She is a wife to Phil for 44 years, a mother to two wonderful adult children and their spouses, and Grammy to 3 special grandchildren. She enjoys serving at FBC on the Constitution Committee, as a counter, and on the Children’s Committee.  Planning activities for the Children’s Ministry and reading are two of her favorite pastimes. 

Kaitlyn Littleton

Office Ministry Assistant

Kaitlyn is originally from Southwest Louisiana. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Art  with a minor in Business Administration at the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute in Thibodaux, Louisiana. She landed in New Orleans as a chef, then  she switched occupations to be an administrator at a Financial Advising firm.  Kaitlyn began her time as Ministry Assistant at FBC in October, 2023. Her and her husband, Thomas, met in New Orleans where they became partners in ministry. In her spare time, she enjoys the great outdoors. She loves hunting, fishing, gardening, hiking, kayaking, and photography. She also enjoys fusing creativity and logistics to plan fun, meaningful events.  

Jim Weaver

Custodian

Jim was born in Munich, Germany. He married his wife, Donna, on Feb. 17, 1990, and they have three children, Derek, Christina, and Jacob, and one grandchild, Isabel. Jim is a U.S. Army veteran and recently retired from the city of West Plains, where he worked for 28 years. Jim has been working at FBC MV since October 2021. Jim was redeemed from alcohol on October 5, 2019, the day his life changed and is still changing! He is a grateful believer in Jesus Christ.

Jason Jennings

Technology Assistant

Jason and Jennifer were married in 2003 and have two daughters Emily and Olivia. They have lived in Georgia, Ohio and now Missouri where they have started a small farm. Jason has attended First Baptist Church MV since March 2021 and has been working for MV FBC as Technology Assistant since January 2022. He also enjoys being an assistant youth adult leader for the Remedy Students. Additionally, he is currently the program director for church service and is usually running sound during Sunday morning worship services. When Jason is not at the church, you could find him on his farm building, hunting, cooking, gardening, canning or watching "The" Ohio State Buckeyes play football.
